I've spoken quite a bit about HRV Resonate Breathing on my channel. It's time to expand on that ground work and give you the full training of breath. With this we may enter into the 4th Phase of Breath as Patanjali called it; the Tranquil Breath as Lahiri Mahasaya referred to it. You'll understand why it happens, what makes it happen, how it is possible in the body, and how to reproduce it. No one teaches this way, so I hope it blows your mind.

This second training is all about the deep and profound bliss of the left amygdala. This is the avalanche of bliss that is described by some yogis and saints in which they can barely handle the flow of ecstasy as it flows over their soul. I want to show how this is possible, how we can reach out to this bliss, and where it is first available to our perception and experience. In training this, we make sure we don't skip and miss out on this divine internal experience.

This third training is a deep understanding of how it is possible in the brain to speak with the Higher Self. Using the Enlightenment Pathway through the brain, understanding brain waves, and receiving the teachings of the ancient Hawaiian Kahuna. We then use a deep progression, modeling the teachings of Anna Wise, in order to reproduce in ourselves the ability to receive guidance, direction, and communication with the Higher Self.

I’m a scientist working in the field of physics who started a regular meditation practice in the form of Samatha concentration exercises 1.5 years ago. During the first months achievements of long periods of stable attention were attained but I had a feeling of making little progress ever since.

Then I discovered Forrest’s Youtube channel and was immediately intrigued by his well-researched explanations about the brain-body-connections. I decided to give it a try and purchased “4 th phase tranquil breath” first. It took just one day to integrate his advices into my meditation routine and from there I could consistently access this very quiet meditation state. 3 days later I downloaded the second video about the “Big bliss training”. I have to admit that I was very skeptical in the middle of that lecture – especially while watching Forrest and his student Kevin demonstrating the chakra cleaning method. Ten years ago I would have immediately stopped that video but today although still influenced by the scientific methods I’m trying to keep a much more open mind. But as the old saying goes: Extraordinary claims require extra-ordinary evidence…

I took his advice of stacking it all together. The results left me a little bit speechless but now I have to admit that the following thing happened to me: OM Japa easily puts me in a trance-like state on top of that tranquil breath experience. After experiencing tingling sensations in the whole body my mind is getting very quit and the joy of this state has produced repeatedly AVALANCHES OF BLISS!

I’m happy to recommend the meditation mellows training videos to everybody who wants to dive deeper inside the body-brain-mind-system… Needless to say I’m eagerly awaiting the next step.

I just finished both the 4th Phase of Breath training as well as the Big Bliss. Thank you so much for putting these out there. I have had these experiences on and off but I never had them so clearly explained. This is so much easier than I was making it out to be!!! 
Anyone interested in meditation will be saving themselves decades of pain and confusion by ordering these videos.

The latest training on achieving big bliss from Forrest Knutson does not disappoint. Some meditation disciplines actually encourage the student to bypass bliss. These practices, as Forrest states, are not utilizing and synchronizing both hemispheres of the brain. In this training, Forrest explains the biological foundation on what is happening in the brain during meditation and lays out simple and highly effective "technologies" that lead the practitioner to achieve big bliss. Someone might accidentally come across big bliss if practicing Vipassana Meditation for 20 years, sitting hours a day and going to multiple retreats. Forrest so graciously lays out how to experience non-dual Bliss in a much faster, reliable and scientifically backed method. As a dedicated Kriya Yoga practitioner, experiencing non-dual blissful states has completely changed my life. This video helped my Kriya practice as the concepts are foundational to why Kriya works. If taken seriously, Forrest's words taken into action will bring unbounded peace into your life, peace emanating from the pure consciousness that we fundamentally are. Highly recommended!

The Big Bliss Training. Stunning. Phenomenal. I am captivated. So sensitive to it all. So much of the language was like poetry to me. “Fall back home to the roots of the brain.”  
I’ll have more to say, I just wanted to give you my first heartfelt impressions without filtering the words.  Profound, well thought out, stunningly beautiful and practical at the same time.  I was spellbound, mesmerized, when you and Kevin demonstrated and when you demonstrated on yourself, praying out your heart.  I felt as though I was pulled right through the computer screen.  So enlivening.  This was just a preliminary listening and watching for me.  To delve back in and practice; just with the thought I can feel myself floating. Enthralled. Almost overwhelmed.  So much knowledge and understanding to be absorbed.  “Don’t be surprised if that bliss begins to whisper at you out of nowhere.”

Most of the yogis I know who've been meditating for 25 to 30yrs while fortunate and blessed by their efforts can only see the "trees" of their bliss....they cannot see the Forest (pun) and thus they cannot break down how they arrived at those experiences. They'll say, "years of practice" or "be like water" or "knock on the sky until you hear the Sound" which are fun phrases for sure but useless regarding literal steps.

Forrest breaks each step down and shows you how to apply it, when you are getting a false positive or the signs when you're on the right track.

1% of teachers are at this level of instruction, full bliss ahead! Thank you Forrest.

I practiced Forrest's HRV / BPV within Lahiri Baba's Kriya and as stand alone techniques with the goal of reaching tranquil breath state. Success!!!

What does it feel like you ask?

For me...because experience varies, after 1/2hr of practicing HRV / BPV my lips became numb (in a pleasant way); my throat felt vacuumed (the skin felt taught over my throat, almost like when you suck in your stomach); the feeling of body paralysis came over my chest, neck, and face but I didn't fall over my spine and sitting bones were energized / no tipping; and lastly my mind lost complete track of breathing for minutes. I was practicing techniques then I just wasn't and breath was below a whisper.

It felt as though I "fell" into this state. There was a mild misting of joy that came with it and the mind was entrained.

In time this will lead to absorption as long as you don't freak out that it's happening.

Got it, but if I had downloaded it earlier, 35 dollars saves about 25 grand and 5 years of running around India, but not the appreciation of the RARITY OF FORREST'S ARTICULATION AND ABILITY AS A GURU... Cause that comes from years of searching for someone with those skills.

Forrestji also shared this training with me and I want to put my testimonial out there as well. For anyone on the fence, it is well worth more than the $35. This is the first time he has publicly shared BPV breathing. The way HRV and BPV breathing complement each other and work together is simply magical! It leads me into the Tranquil Breath quite easily and naturally. It is also leads to a super blissful state that I do not want to get up from. This is a great technique not only for Kriyabans, but for anyone with an interest in getting into deep states of meditation. Wow Forrest, I have experienced the tranquil breath for a while now, I had
no idea what it was called. During meditation my hands feel like heavy magnets after a few minutes of HRV breathing. I do not feel where my hands begin or end. I feel wave after wave after wave of (?) moving through my body. It would feel so good I would let go of following the breath. Eventually I would notice my breath felt very long and soft , like a whisper disappearing. So enjoyable. Now, after adding BPV breathing into the mix, it is like floating but the person isn’t there. The person slips into the background and “this”, this empty field of space moves to the foreground; intense, vibrant, alive yet calm.
